Jumeirah Lake Towers is on the other side of Sheikh Zayed Road from the Marina, close in distance, separated by the crossing. It is also eighty-odd towers of offices, which changes what people here need from a repair shop.

Dubai Marina, JBR and JLT are inside the free pickup and return area. Tell us where the device is and when suits you; it is collected and brought back at no charge, and plenty of people use it rather than leaving the building.

Cluster letter, tower name and floor. 'JLT' by itself covers eighty-odd buildings around three lakes, and a driver phoning from the wrong lobby costs you the afternoon, not us.
Is JLT genuinely inside the free collection area?
Yes. Dubai Marina, JBR and JLT are the areas where pickup and return cost nothing. The crossing over Sheikh Zayed Road is our problem to solve, not something you pay for.
