Master Quick is inside New W Mart Supermarket at the base of The Marina Torch, on Al Sharta Street. If you live in the Marina you are not booking a courier, you are walking here, and the only genuinely hard part is finding the entrance.

Free pickup and return
Dubai Marina, JBR and JLT are inside the free pickup and return area. Tell us where the device is and when suits you; it is collected and brought back at no charge, and plenty of people use it rather than leaving the building.

- Most Marina towers are a walk. From the promenade it is a few minutes; from the far end of the Marina, nearer the Mall, allow closer to twenty.
- By car
- Under ten minutes from anywhere inside the Marina outside peak, longer once Al Sharta and the Marina loop back up in the evening.
- By tram
- Marina Towers and Dubai Marina Mall stops both leave you a short walk along Al Sharta Street.
- Parking
- Street and podium parking around the Torch fills up in the evening. If you are coming after work, message first so you are not circling with a broken phone.

- Dubai Marina MallThe other end of the Marina. Useful as a bearing, we are the opposite end, past the Torch.

Walk in, but ask before you do.
Being local changes what is useful to you. You do not need a collection slot; you need to know whether the part for your model is in the drawer before you carry the device down here. Send the model and what it is doing, and you will be told.
Screen and battery work is usually the same visit. Board-level work is traced before it is quoted, so it is not a stand-and-wait job, and you get the expected time with the price rather than after it. The shop runs 10:00 to 23:00 every day, so an evening walk-in is ordinary here.

Come into New W Mart Supermarket on Al Sharta Street, the counter is inside, not on the street frontage. If you are standing outside the Torch and cannot see us, that is why. Message us and we will talk you in.
Can I wait while it is done?
Sometimes. Screen and battery work is usually the same visit; board-level work has to be traced before it can be quoted, so it is not a wait-here job. Send the model and the fault first and you will know which one yours is before you come down.
